Senior HR Executive

As YGT Gaming Mexico, a venture of YsecIT Software India Private Limited continues to expand, we’re on the lookout for new candidates for the position of HR executives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Should have good network epically in gaming industry
• Should be bilingual and bi cultural
• Preferred candidate - Female
• Should be well versed with startup culture
• Well versed with inter-department handling roles
• Should be proactive in taking up initiatives to resolve issues
• 7+ years’ experience working in an office setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks software
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Customer-service oriented
• Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
• Hire and refer candidates
• Interview and shortlist candidates
• New Employee orientation and identify concerns
• Implement HO policy
• Taking care of entire employee payroll and updating Management
• Co coordinating with all departments in HO on daily basis
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
• Coordinate project deliverables
• Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
• Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company
• Provide administrative support for operations team
• Monitor the production staff
